Hi, I’m Kelly, the hairstylist behind Kell’s Corner. I’ve been a licensed hairstylist for 12 years, but honestly, my love for hair started long before that. When I was about 15, one of my neighborhood kids asked me for a mohawk. I said, “Bet.” And somehow, that little moment turned into a lifelong passion for making people feel good about their hair. I earned my cosmetology license from Paul Mitchell The School Arlington, and later had the opportunity to become a cosmetology instructor at Ogle School in Fort Worth. Teaching gave me an even deeper appreciation for the craft and for helping people discover their own confidence and creativity. At Kell’s Corner, I’m here for real hair for real people. I work with kids, men, and women, offering haircuts and color that fit you—your lifestyle, your personality, and the way you actually live. I’m not trying to create the most avant-garde hairstyle in the room. I want you to leave feeling like the best version of yourself. More than anything, I want my clients to feel like they’re part of the family. My chair is a place to relax, laugh, talk about life, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband of over 20 years (who I’ve actually known since I was six!), my three grown kids, or my four dogs. I love crocheting, making stained glass, and listening to metal—although I’ve been lovingly informed that my personality is more “bubblegum metal.” 🤘😂 I’m so glad you found your way to Kell’s Corner. I charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-show or cancelation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
